euphoria’s Greenville Kick-Off Party – Thursday, September 22, 2016

Old Cigar Warehouse – 912 S. Main St., Greenville (in West End towards Fluor Field)
What to wear:
Appropriate dress attire will be khaki pants or shorts, your euphoria t-shirt (dark gray – which you will receive at check in), and comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Please no flip flops, you will be on your feet throughout your shift.
What to bring & not bring:
Please bring your ID, we will need to verify that all of our volunteers are over 21 years of age.
For security purposes we recommend that you leave purses and other valuable items in your car or at home. There will be no secure storage for these items.
When to arrive:
You will be able to arrive right at the start of your shift time. Please make sure you are at volunteer check in on time so that we can get everyone into place before the event starts!
Where to check in:
Check in for Greenville Kickoff will begin inside of the venue for early shifts and will be at the check in table in the parking lot (at Main St.) for later shifts.
All volunteers must check in first to get t-shirt and credentials. Security is on site and you will not be able to have access to the event without a volunteer wristband. Once you have signed in, you will be directed by your key volunteer on where to go. All key volunteers will be in a blue shirt and have a radio. If you cannot find your supervisor, any person in a blue or purple euphoria shirt and radio can help direct you.
Where to park:
Volunteer parking for the Greenville Kick-Off Party will be located in public parking in the general area of the venue (Rhett St. is open for street parking, as long as you face the direction of traffic), and we will have a grass lot to use for parking that is about 2 blocks away. That lot is located at the corner of Markley St. and Rhett St. and it has a Rallis Holdings real estate sales sign. *Please note that Old Cigar Warehouse will be charging for parking in the lot adjacent to their venue.

We do ask for you to act in a professional, reliable and courteous manner. For insurance and security purposes we do ask you to refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages while you are volunteering. Water will be provided.
