Miranda Brown

Miranda began her pastry career in 2011 at a local bakery in downtown Mooresville, after working for years in the front of house at numerous Charlotte restaurants she decided to get back to what she truly enjoyed; being in the kitchen. In 2015 she had the pleasure of working under Ashley Boyd at 300 East as a Pastry Sous Chef, during which time she accrued experience working large events and dinners, such as euphoria, Sweet Escapes, and Sugar Shock.

Miranda is currently the Pastry Chef at The Asbury and is thrilled to be surrounded by so many experienced and creative chefs and is working to help expand Charlotte’s pastry scene.
