Jonathan Willis, C.N., is the Founding Director of Farm Fresh Fast, upstate South Carolina’s first and only farm-to-table fast casual restaurant, and Seedlings, the nation’s first farm-to-table restaurant designed specifically for kids. What started as a meal prep company, launched by Jonathan and his wife Kaylee in 2015, is now a brick and mortar restaurant that offers fresh, locally-sourced, made-to-order meals. Jonathan is a huge advocate of sustainable, ethical farming and he’s committed to sourcing ingredients locally, whenever possible. Jonathan holds three national Personal Trainer certifications and is a Certified Nutritionist.
