Alaina Beach

Nashville, TN

Alaina Beach is originally from Atlanta, but she moved to Greenville in 2010 and lived there for 5 years. While she had dabbled in songwriting in the past, it was in Greenville that Alaina made music a significant part of her life. She began writing everyday and playing open mics around town, and she met and learned from several talented Greenville musicians. Alaina had the opportunity to move to Nashville in 2015. Now, Alaina writes music with other Nashville songwriters and performs at songwriter rounds. In 2016, Alaina wrote a song about her then-99 year-old grandmother (now 101), entitled, “This is How You Get to 99.” She also made a music video, which features her grandmother’s voice at the intro and photos of her throughout the video. The video can be found here: Alaina is also a full-time attorney in Nashville.

She looks forward to bringing a mini-Nashville songwriter’s round to Greenville in September.
