The new brasserie from Jason and Julia Scholz (of Stella’s Southern Bistro in Simpsonville) fashions a sleek setting in which to delight in the French-inspired cuisine of chef/owner Jason and executive chef Jeff Kelly. Joining them will be guest chef Hamilton Johnson (of Honeysuckle in Washington, DC), who grew up in Spartanburg and will be bringing his Southern sensibilities to the kitchen!
