History plays a big part in any region’s cuisine, and you’ll learn some of Greenville’s early tales on a walking tour of downtown with local art historian John Nolan before heading to Jianna for a modern multicourse wine lunch. You never know what chefs Michael Kramer (chef/partner of Jianna), Greg McPhee (chef/owner of The Anchorage) and Nick Graves (executive chef of Restaurant 17) will whip up in Jianna’s chic second-floor lair, but rest assured it’s bound to be amazing.
