Chefs Nick Graves and Tory McPhail go way back. Before Graves moved to Greenville in 2015, he spent two years working for McPhail, executive chef at the iconic Commander’s Palace in New Orleans. They’re getting the band back together, so to speak, for this euphoria dinner at the Hotel Domestique, tucked into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Travelers Rest. So you can bet there will be jazzy riffs on haute Creole cuisine to pair with fine Schug wines when the plates come to the table.
