David Guas is a busy guy these days. The chef personality owns two restaurants in the Washington, D.C. area, Bayou Bakery, Coffee Bar & Eatery, he is a cookbook author of “DamGoodSweet: Desserts to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth, New Orleans Style” and “Grill Nation: 200 Surefire Recipes, Tips, and Techniques to Grill like a Pro,” which came out earlier this year, and he is host of the show “American Grilled” on the Travel Channel.
